I know in Cardiff you could buy tickets in the morning. Looks like all the stadiums have box offices.

Global TV scheduling couldn't cope with it apparently, supposed to have been bells (like church, and clock tower bells) all over the country rining the games in at 20:12. They moved that to 08:12 this morning which was somewhat less appropriate.
