and oh natalie coughlin, how i want to fuck you so badly

For those interested in (women's) handball, I recommend checking out the Norway - France match in one hour and forty minutes. Those are the two teams that met in the world cup final last year. Should be a good match.

Tennis sports are so fucking awesome. Seriously... Tennis, table tennis, squash, badminton. All are beyond awesome at the highest levels.

Currently watching some Swede against a Nigerian in table tennis. Should be rooting for the Swede but I find myself cheering the Nigerian on.

The Swede (Jörgen Persson) is 46 years old and playing in his seventh olympics!

According to wikipedia Foil Fencing awards a point for hitting the target area by depressing the point of your foil. So basically stabbing in the torso area. Anywhere else is "off-target".

The British cycling team were hyped up but they didn't deliver. Simple as that.

I don't think there was anything more GB could have done. No other teams wanted to help out with closing down breakaway attacks. The Germans had good reason to help out Britain with Greipel being such a good sprinter but they wanted to save their energy for the lead out. Problem was there was never going to be a lead out if they, or others didn't work with GB.

If GB was a team of 6 - 8 then the race would have been a different story. 4 men isn't enough to control a race they way they wanted to.

Are there many athletes who compete in both winter and summer Olympics like Clara Hughes?

I was impressed when I found out she's a world class cyclist and speed skater.

Lineker: "it must be tought to get a gold medal"

Ian Thorpe: "whys it tough?"

:O

Haha, the BBC accuses the other cyclists of conspiring against GB.

This isn't the tour, its one fucking race. You go for broke. Someone breaks you chase, this isn't a 30 day event for the overall, its one stage. No way to hide the fact that Wiggins and co choked big time.

I understand, but it was just very disappointing.
