Not one god damned medal because too many of them have no god damned fire in their hearts. It's really starting to annoy me.
We should be wanting to smash our opponents and destroy them utterly, not hold their fucking hands and help them across the finishing line.

Who is he talking to? The other teams or his own? You can't rely on other teams to help out the absolute favourites to win. Go yourselves and show something. Instead they let an old Kazakh win.

Beach-volleyball is much, much more exhausting then volleyball.
Only two players, who have to do all the work. More diving. Moving in the sand is more exhausting, too.
Even the boys play only best of 3 sets - I doubt they can play best 5 sets regularly.
The judges are the ones you are looking at?
It really isn't. Indoor woman are better looking because there are more of them out there so the percentage is better and the games I find are more interesting with more power in it.
We're waiting for the rowing on Tuesday.

To be fair we were really only in for one medal today (Men's road race, Cycling) which we didn't get, everything else was speculative or hopeful. The loss for Cavendish in the Men's road race was a real shock though, the strategy was bad from Team GB and Germany as Greipel also missed out on what should have been a certain medal.
Women's road race tomorrow should be good, Team GB are very strong. I think they will learn from today's loss and play a much more attacking strategy tomorrow. We're in for a good shout for Gold and Silver.
Indoor volleyball is way better.
And the Brits shouldn't feel too aggrieved. Cavendish was the only athlete today with a fully fledged claim for a medal (gold) and he didn't pull it off due to arrogance from his teammates and fear of Team GB from the other athletes. The swimmers that we've seen so far have only had outside chances at best of getting a medal. It won't be long.
