I do quite a bit of rowing at the gym, and it is quite easy to become 'a good rower'. Not much skill involved really...just having the required power, breathing and timing is enough.

It's like many sports where people get recruited based on size, height etc...

I do some weightlifting myself so i'm an expert on these matters.

Rowing is a very popular sport at most universities in europe, as far as I know.

I'm sure they are.
What I meant was, rowing is not that difficult to pick up...so having not been a rower four years ago would not be as impressive as it might for other more skill based sports. I'm not trolling.
It is, I've done both and water is much harder.
I'll stop digging my grave now.
Little known fact: when we expanded the Empire, we did it in little 4 man boats, the Galleons were a ruse.

They are coaches with the team. They're inside a perimeter fence if you look carefully.

What does that even mean?Just realized that some of the small countries arent even shooting with 'competition' carbon limb bows in Archery. According to the Hoyt website, it looks like the girl from Bhutan used intermediate limbs.
It means they can't afford good bows.
