Spent the day at the time trials. Great atmosphere. I was luckily able to get a good position at the start on Hampton Court Bridge. Was standing next to the guys waving a giant Dutch flag.What was quite nice was that when finishing most athletes came back up along the start instead of going straight into Hampton Court.

Got quite a big album of photos in anyone wants to see. Not too bad for iphone pictures.

It hardly seems genuine. It seems either they are trying to psyche out their opponent or influence the judges in case it's a close call or replay.

It's pretty easy to scream when you get into a sport man, especially when you think of how much concentration fencing takes. Pure focus for a couple seconds, then huge tension/passion release. Hardly unbelievable.

Round of 16 for Archery is tomorrow, then its all the way to the Gold medal match before the end of the day.

In the next round Bo Bae Ki has to go up against the stone-cold killer Ren Hayakawa (Japan), while Hyeonju Choi is up against Berengere Schuh (France).

Sung Jin Lee from Korea is up against Bishindee Urantungalag from Mongolia, and Miki Kanie is facing Aida Roman (Mexico).
