I must admit I've been wondering about the boxing a bit, we usually get a few good contenders in it, but other than a few "Magnificent 7" trails at the start of the Olympics I've not seen all that much. Of those seven, how many are left?

Im sure the guy said 6 in the Agogo fight, could be wrong though ive not kept up with it

I wouldn't have guessed that in an ocean of praise for them my two joke posts would have offended you so much.

What can I say? I don't like people who barge in and randomly try to offend others because of their taste in women.

But now you know.

Oh god, the shooting. How do they do it? And how do the commentators act like having a three shot lead is so massive? HOW DO THEY HIT ANY OF THEM EVER?

good shooting, cant help but hear him calling "MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" when he asks for a pull :O

Oh, didn't realise Tsonga vs Djoker was on right now as well. 1-0 in sets to Novak but Tsonga a break up in the 2nd. Murray will have a much better chance against Tsonga so I'm rooting for him

It amuses me that there's an order of magnitude difference between the audience responses between the first five shooters doing well and the Brit doing well!

I'm avoiding archery until I get home from work.

Want to watch final on TV instead of my phone screen, even if its not live. So I'll miss out celebrating KB B's victory with you's :P

They do, you just can't understand it.

The Koreans and Mexicans have been chanting as well.

I know other countries cheer, it's the chanting part that I'm not sure about. But if you guys say Koreans do it then ok.

edit : I think I remember Japanese people chanting "Nippon Nippon", that's true

USA is the only country I have ever heard chanting the name of their own country

The dutch chant "HOLLAND HOLLAND" all the time.
I think the point was that it was yelled during the moment where the athlete tries to concentrate in complete silence, which is kind of a dick move.

Was the third Mexican archer that weak? They lost to Japan by 10 points.

The funny thing is that Alejandra Valencia, the third mexican archer was the Gold Medal winner at the Pan American Games last year, and Román won bronze. I was there and certainly expected a lot more from Valencia this year.

Great for Mexico, these girls shut my mouth, because I wasn't expecting any more medals outside of diving, and I'm glad they did.

getting a bad feeling about this shooting now D:
