JT opens her mouth and instantly I know in my heart that she'll never replace Ennis for me.

Ha, I quite like the scouse accent on woman.

You can keep her!
For sure... just not sexy for me any more.KJT is extremely likable
Yeah... really does absolutely nothing for me. Quite the opposite.Ha, I quite like the scouse accent on woman.
It's amazing just how many people actually support Federer.
I'm sure he's a nice guy, but the guy just comes across as too smug to me. I'd honestly love to see him lose.
not that surprising. a lot of sport is expensive to support and the sports we're good at are things like rowing and sailing that are especially costly and not accessible through traditional routes. plus british private schools loving their rowing programs helps a lot too.

KJT > Ennis
Glad this is getting some attention in the UK, it's a massive problem:
BBC News: Olympics 'dominated by privately educated'

Which channel was she interviewed on BBc1 or 3 etc?
VERY smug. You should hear some of the comments he makes about his opponent after he loses a match
I had no idea it was that bad. I went to one of those CTC schools in the 90's and there were tons of sports and other activities to participate in.Glad this is getting some attention in the UK, it's a massive problem:

I went to an inner-London state school - the only two sport 'programs' (e.g. after school classes) were football for boys and tennis for girls...
It certainly feels that way, especially on GAF.You're not alone.
Anyone who comes out in a white and gold jacket thinks too highly of himself in my opinion. He's not smug at all. He, Djokovic, and Nadal are all really classy persons.
Indeed.VERY smug. You should hear some of the comments he makes about his opponent after he loses a match

LOL @ Bill Gates

That and some of his comments have been really fucking bigheaded.
Indeed.

He doesn't deal with defeat as well as Djoko, Nadal, or Murray, but he never came off as smug to me.

YEAHHHHHHHHHH MAHE
Nadal has never dealt well with defeat. Dude is notorious for coming up with bullshit to explain his loss "not to take away from his win, but...".
Not to turn this into political-gaf, but yeah. You can also see how the increasing lack of extra-curricular activities is leading to a massive rise in 'street kids' and youth violence. There is simply nothing else for them todo. It's the government's fault for not funding/encouraging more sporting activities in school or in local communities outside of football.
Yes, private schools (with lol money) should always be disproportionally higher, but 7% representing half our medal winners is insane. Makes you wonder how much untapped talent there is out there.fully and wholly expected
