Be sure you are looking the arrow and to its shadow, sometimes it gets tricky.

In the yellow it needs to be (9 is yellow) but if it's touching the line but more on the 9 side it's a 10.

Thats not possible. However if it is in the red bit touches the borderline to yellow...it counts as outer yellow which is 9 points
