They need to kick each other on the chest armor thingy or the head.
The chest kick has to be strong and has an impact to be a point. A chest hit is 1 point. A chest hit from a spin move is 2 points. And finally a head kick is worth 3 points.
Also, 2 penalties and your opponent gets a point.
