These Olympics have inspired me to get serious about my exercise, and maybe even to join a sports club.
I haven't yet figured out what i'm going to take up though.
There's an amazing athletics track/field club very close to where I live, might check it out to see what they have to offer. I'm also seriously considering swimming.

These Olympics got me to start swimming again (easy I have a pool in my backyard). I am loving it! Really good full body workout and no impact on joints.
