Seriously though, I think it was one of the first sports to really benefit from the lottery funding when it started in the 90s. Beijing showed the first results of the funding increase and London is building on that. Hopefully, after the domestic popularity of these Olympics, we'll start seeing similar improvements in other sports too. Swimming is one which I think will get a lot of attention as our performance fell far short of expectations there.
