I wanted to say RDA is the most known to have a state sponsored of intensive training and doping at that time. That WR 4x400 was done by URSS which does not have so much stain.
Anyway USA has a similar time, and people throwing that WR was because of doping should think twice. So USA time is also a valid value.

Somebody asked why records from the 80s have lasted so long for women. I responded because it was pretty much universal back then to be roided up. It affected women significantly more than men. I have no idea why your trying to bring this up. Breaking the records in modern times is different than why records were so long lasting from the 80's

Blake really destroyed the bend. Bolt wasn't even worried about Bailey on the final leg, he was just watching the clock. It was good to see Bolt dip on the line, because he knew the WR was on. On a relay he wasn't going to dick around and ruin it for his teammates. Good job.

I hope Bolt either retires now or does the long jump. I don't want to see him continue sprinting. The (Jamaican) competition is getting closer and his WR's are going to stand for a long, long time. What's the point in going for gold again, and risk getting a silver?
