The winner was suspended for doping in the past.A youtube link?
Whats with some British athletes accusing medal winners of doping. Nr 10 on womens 1500m says the race was not fair, what.
Are you even trying?
This Olympics has pretty much silenced all calls for the end or massive reduction of the BBC. Compare the praise with the criticisms from the US (not sure if justified) and everyone is convinced.
These games will stay with me until I die.
I've only recently started watching Game of Thrones. I was reading some TV preview of this new Accused drama earlier today and it started off by saying: (GoT spoiler)You know he's going to die, right ;
Crap Olympics in general by us/ 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
Meh
It's cool we got silver, don't think we could take on the USALol at this women's basketball game. Poor France.![]()
What is this? I don't even...
Are you even trying?
Finding these kinds of things out is just the worst.
Yeah but every teenage girl in the country has never heard of Luke Campbell before today.
I heard a rumour if you get 4 Gold olympic medals you can receive a Knighthood from the Queen (if you're in the commonwealth) if true it means Bolt will get one :-D

I was like, 'thanks a lot'.
While the Murdocs still exist and have such power over our government, those calls will never go away.Oh don't worry, they'll be back.
I'm not quite sure what their problem is with the BBC? It's not particularly expensive, their programmes are amazing, no commercials, some of the best broadcasters on the planet working for them. What exactly is their problem?Oh don't worry, they'll be back.
Yeah, when I chose to watch BBC for some stuff, their coverage is unparalleled. They do a much better job than CTV cuz they're publicly-funded (and thus no commercials). (Heck we get a BBC news channel here and I don't even think it has commercials from what I've seen.)
And their player is great.
I suppose that other events aren't covered as widely and as expansively as this.
No way.
80-45
I think France should wave the white flag.
How come Canada is so low in the medal tables?
I mean, they are a huge fucking first-world nation that sent a ton of athletes, right?
(Excuse my ignorance, I know nothing of Canada)

Yeah, we are quite shit at sports in general that doesn't involve snow, but at least there is one sport we dominate.
Handball!!!!
I point you towards the BBC's messageboard where many of the 'highbrow' critics congregate.I'm not quite sure what their problem is with the BBC? It's not particularly expensive, their programmes are amazing, no commercials, some of the best broadcasters on the planet working for them. What exactly is their problem?
>_> Maybe.Wouldn't that be redundant?

Her name?
Canada's population is rather small. I don't know how they do historically but I don't think it's fair to expect them at the top.
