Batman & Robin reference

This is a reference to a popular British comedy from the 80s titled Only Fools & Horses. The two protagonists are heading towards a fancy dress up party (guess what they are dressed up as) whilst their car breaks down. Late for the party, they decide to run to it in the middle of the night. Meanwhile, a woman is being robbed at gunpoint. At that moment, in the silhoutte of the night, from the smoke and traffic lights, two men wearing capes are running towards her direction
