If this is true MS has no excuses. Wow, I don't think you can even buy single pc cards with that much vram.
Tomorrow you can get teh Geforce Titan that has 6gb of Vram DDDR5. But that is still 2gb shy of what the PS4 will have. What is unknown is how much of that 8gb is usable by games and how much is reserved for OS and other stuff. Watching the presser, it sounds like a lot of RAM will be needed for the "other services".
