Age gates are the most pointless and frustrating thing Steam has. It never remembers if you are old enough, only if you're too young. Age gates are easily deceived anyway - what is their point? They achieve nothing but pissing me off.

The new 3D [Bionic Commando] actually looks kinda interesting to me though it's apparently mediocre?

It's extremely divisive. Some hate the game, some love the game, most haven't tried it due to the rantings of the haters.

Personally, it's one of my favorite games. But I've been a BC fan since the NES, so take that into consideration.

First person brawler. Very violent although I don't remember much blood. Worthwhile for the competent first-person melee system, gets pretty terrible when it deviates.

Actually, it's probably worth it just to see the insane world design. Awesome stuff.

Ion Assault. Have it on the 360. Had fun with it. Gorgeous particle effects. Kind of unique game from what I remember. They put controller support back into the PC version. Why they took it out was a visit to stupid land but it's back in.

The videos show off a fair bit of the core gameplay, Zeno Clash is a first person brawler set in a really surreal fantasy world. You could download the demo if neither video was enough.

I had some rejections when their system was overloaded. I tried later and it worked.

Maybe try at times where there is minimal load.

I could really go for some new steam friends myself. I only have a couple from TF2 adventures. My steam iD is Anathema05.

Hit the bank pretty hard for this sale, but then again it was my first steam sale. Not to mention my first time actually owning a good gaming PC, so I played catchup on a lot of quality games. Just about hit $200 even.

And I still might get Mafia and Batman. :/
