Awesome episode.

I'm going to miss this show so much once it ends. It's one of the only comedies I watch that actually makes me laugh out loud.

Tracy's recollections of his childhood in the ghetto are among my top ten favorite comedic scenes ever.

For sure. Just reading your post and being reminded of those scenes put a grin on my face.

I can't get behind anybody hating on Tracy or Jenna. They are both great characters.

Goodbye, Dr. Spaceman!

Episode was awesome, except for Chloe Moretz. She rubs me the wrong way.

i'm a sucker for alternate universe versions of characters, so getting the female Tracy crew and Tracy as Liz made this episode a 10/10 for me

Loved the episode. My favorite moment of the episode was when Liz asked Jack how old is too old for a woman to have a baby. His answer and facial expression was hilarious. Physical things that bothered me (not a lot, but they stand out) - Alec Baldwin's hair dye just looks off. Very fake looking. And Chloe Moretz is built like a man. Bleh.

I noticed the man build when she was walking out of his office.

Then again, it could've been a stand-in.

Anyway, funny episode.

Awesome episode. Some comments:
Someone should gif the "there, there" card, it could be useful.
Is this the last time we will see dr. spaceman? noooooooooo
Is Chloe Moretz 15? Man, she is huge.
I fucking love this show.

I just watched all of the first six seasons of 30 Rock. Go to Hulu to watch season 7. The first couple of episodes aren't there. I have Hulu Plus. The fuck? They never make it easy.

and that's a series wrap on Leo Spaceman!

the only backstabbing I'm doing is–

they called it "too confusing to be offensive"!

jack's "There, there." card

like my booger-eating? Please just one!

such a great final stretch.

The short bits with Megan Mullaly and the black actress at the end cracked me up too. I'm going to miss this show too much. At least it's going out stronger than it's ever been.

Seriously. I've never seen another show that ended with its best season.

Eh, this season has nothing on S2 or 3. Those two are the appex of the show and of TV sitcoms.

Did anyone watch the cast on Jimmy Fallon? So funny, and they all chose their favorite clips and they were some of the best moments on the show. It's on Hulu if anyone wants to watch. I'm gonna miss them.

Just watched this episode. Another good one. I think this season will end up being my favorite since S3, honestly. The humor is just hitting the mark with me.

S4, S5, and S6 are kind of a blur to me. I can't remember if I liked any of them. Either I liked S4 and didn't like the other two, or I didn't like S4 and S5 but liked S6. I definitely remember two seasons worth of the show being merely watchable (as opposed to being one of my top shows, like it was in S1-S3).

Whenever the Avery plotline began is basically when the show took a bit of a dip for me. I just can't remember when things picked up. S7 has been rocking it so far though so at least I know that.

EDIT: Okay, so I just searched my old posts in the 30 Rock Season Six thread and apparently I did prefer that season to the previous two. I really think that Elizabeth Banks being on the show marked its weakest points in S4-S5, at least in my own opinion. I never cared for Avery but it was more than just her character that brought the show down during S4-S5, so I guess it was merely a coincidence that I can say the "Avery period of the show" was the worst.

So it's looking like S1=S2>S3=S7>S6>S4=S5, and that's with S7 being incomplete. I really enjoy that the final season of a show is capable of being one of its best. You don't often see that.

Season Five was probably when the show started to feel legitimately tired, and Season Six had a worryingly awful premiere, but it picked up big time after a few episodes--The Tuxedo Begins is one of my favorite episodes ever.

But I don't think the show ever dipped below "very good". Just a remarkably consistent show assuming you went with the Zucker-movie feel the series took on from the second season forward.

Fantastic episode. So many great lines and they came thick and fast. I've been rewatching S1-6 over Christmas so it was nice to get something new, and it felt so funny getting surprised by the jokes. Particularly liked "I'm gonna be NBC's head of publicity, no-one will ever see me again", the "There There" card and tons of other details.

For me it was more of a low point towards the end of 3... dipping on 4 and recovering quickly at the beginning of 5.

I used to think that season 2 was as good as it would ever be, but I think 6 and now 7 might give it a run for its money

Great episode, just loved it all (can't believe they got away with the tub girl bit) Moretz was great as always, would suck if she burns out ala Lohan, ect.

Has anything been announced yet about a complete box set?

I hope we see Danny again before the show ends. Bothers me that he just disappear from the show with a few cameo rather than having a proper send-off.

Has there been a full on mock reality show on cable yet?

Like Burning Love but a full 22 minute episode?

A Belgian celebrity had a reality show centered around his family. Some of the cast were actual family members, others like his wife and brothers. The focal celeb played an asshole version of himself and a substantial amount of people didn't realize it was all a parody. Great show.

Perhaps the only disappointment looking back on this show is that there was no Bitch Hunter special.

"Hey! There any bitches in here?"

It would have been amazing.
