I currently have a P4 2 gig setup and am considering upgrading to either an AMD 3400, or a 3.2 gig P4. I'm tired of search the net for info so I need the pros and cons!

Also, I currently have a gig of 333 MHz ram ... will I need new ram?

I know I have more questions, but I have customers to tend to.

Intel has nothing that will compete with Athlon64s for gaming performance, unless you want to start overclocking. Definetly go with the AMD.

Yes, I'd get at least 400 mhz ram.
