oh snap!
What does USB type c do?
everything.
I'd say 100% probability that the OP2 won't be CDMA right?

Hail Satan, how old is Mark Zuckerberg? You'll be fine. I've had mine for two weeks now and it's great. THe only thing that sucks is the mic for voice commands. It doesn't pick up "ok Google" and the Moto voice commands well.
What?y not

IDEALLY THO, the Xiaomi Mi4i running stock would be perfection. 5 inch display. Very small dimensions. 1080p. 3120mah battery.
Google team up with your homie hugo barra already.

Huh. I just thought a bunch of channels had disabled comments. I was able to see then on an older video IIRC though. Is anyone else randomly not getting Youtube comments on the app? Even on my own videos, I'll get the Comments are disabled and not display comments.
Means you don't have to use a 15 year old standard for quickly transferring files to your phone. It also opens up a lot of new possibilities for add ons with virtually everything able to go through it including video. What does USB type c do?
How is chrome crashing on gaf every day now? Did a recent update crap it up again?

Anyone else getting randomly added on Google Plus ?
A bunch or random bot looking profiles started adding me recently. It's getting annoying as hell.
Neogaf needs a dedicated app. Believe.
Honestly GAF mobile works really well. It's one of the better mobile sites I visit.

Yeah it's pretty perfect. Only thing I'd improve is I wish it didn't take so many clicks to log in and change theme. I'm usually logged in by default but sometimes it's not so it's a minor nitpick.
ehh. it's ok.
You can tap to auto jump back to the top at the bottom.
So when is Android Pay coming. After getting my Coin card and seeing how shitacular it is, my body is ready for Android Pay...
Better relationship with the banks, I believe. Right now, Google Wallet transactions are processed through Google, with them acting as a middle man. This sucks, especially for rewards, as the transactions aren't categorized by merchant type by your credit card company. A grocery store purchase looks the same as a gas station purchase, for example.Isn't Android Pay just Google Wallet with a name change and now fingerprint support?
So is custom vibration ring tones for contacts a Samsung addition? I'm really missing it on my G4.
Sorry, I meant custom vibration pattern, not sure if that was clear, but it is absent from the G4 options, all I can select is a custom ringtone. It's on vanilla. Just open a contact, press the pencil edit button then the three dots in the top right and pick Select Ringtone.

I really wish chrome had this. Doesn't help that when I hit the top I activate that stupid autorefresh and because we can't have nice things there's no simple option join the options menu to deactivate it.Copping those superior iOS features

I can set a custom global vibration, but on the S4 you could give a contact their own vibration pattern, so you could know who was calling for a small set of people even with the phone set to vibrate.Odd, it seems to be on mine....which version G4 do you have?
My Verizon contract is up in 2 weeks. My current Note 2 is and has been a huge headache since I got it. I definitely need a new phone and am debating switching to something like Republic Wireless. I don't really want to get the Moto X or G, but my only other options are staying with Verizon or going over to Sprint.
I have a Nexus 9 and enjoy the stock android experience but am uncertain if I want a phablet again so I'm not entirely sold on the Nexus 6.
If I do stay with Verizon or go to Sprint, what's a good phone to get?
What's the reason behind limiting yourself to CDMA carriers?
Between the two, Verizon has more phones available.
Happens to me all the time on my Xperia Z3.I really wish chrome had this. Doesn't help that when I hit the top I activate that stupid autorefresh and because we can't have nice things there's no simple option join the options menu to deactivate it.
For some reason I sometimes get this bug on my Nexus 4 where pressing backspace randomly types a suggestion making it near impossible to edit posts. Imagine 'imagine' has to be deleted, but when you get halfway through the word it types a suggestion so you get 'imagimagine' and this keeps happening as you hold down backspace. When this happens marking words doesn't work either. I don't use other forums, but I haven't seen it elsewhere and it's been like this for a long time. Stock English keyboard.
Sounds like Internet issues, I download 100MB podcasts all the time.At this point, I'm convinced that stock Android isn't worth the hype. It's far too basic. It's missing some of the good features of Touchwiz and the clock, god the clock. Not being able to enter each value (hrs, minutes, etc) for the stopwatch is aggravating. And Android in general just sucks for downloading things. I tried downloading a 100MB podcast. Three times it failed. Fourth time it stalled and just wouldn't continue after 64%.
I'm looking into getting a new car and have pretty much settled on the Honda Fit. Does anyone have any experience with using android phones to play music through a Honda's usb port? Or at least charging an android phone through the usb port?
If it has Bluetooth then you could connect to it. I find it best like that
At this point I'd rather just get the S6+ instead of the Note 5 next year. Only differentiating feature would be slightly bigger screen and stylus. Plus Samsung almost always puts the S line front and center when it comes to support.According to Chinese site CQ.QQ, the Galaxy Note 5 will take a similar strategy as the Galaxy S6. That means a sleek design with wireless charging, but no expandable storage and a non-removable battery. The device will apparently also support the new USB-C standard, which features a reversible charging port and quicker data transfer.

It does have bluetooth, but I figured the quality would be better through the USB port. But I guess quality doesn't really matter that much in a car.
Does Android even support music over USB?
I mean, my Ford can read music if it's on the device and in mp3 format, but it's not like plugging in the phone and selecting music from your phone and having it play through the car, it's just browsing the music files from my car's touchscreen and selecting them to play. Needless to say, I've never used it like that. Bluetooth quality is fine.
I thought that audio over USB was either a very recent or upcoming Android feature. It's something that has been missing compared to iOS for a while. And if audio over USB works, does it support skipping tracks? I'm leaning towards no.
