Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Titled

That logo is utterly vile.

Also not really a fan of the whole Bat v Supes angle in general, but I was pleasantly surprised by Man of Steel, so I'm willing to give this a go.

Eh I can't complain, I like it, although I don't get why they put a "v" rather than a "VS". Sorry If I'm showing my English language ignorance.

Title is kind of fan-fic-ish

So sad he was arrested.

Hmmm. It's better than some of the stuff they were kicking around (MOS: Knight Fall I think was trademarked) but it' still not great.

I can see how Dawn Of Justice will directly lead into the Justice League moving the following year but......, eh.

At least they wisely went with Batman Vs Superman. That alone will guarantee bums on seats.

Mouthful of a title. Batman v Superman won't be the series. WB already announced Justice League, unless that's Batman v Superman: Justice League.

Does anyone really want to see a movie where Batman and Superman are fighting each other?

Superman overpowered a terraformer in the last movie. What's Batman gonna do?

I hate the "v" in the title but they had to get both batman and superman in the name so I get it. I love love love "Dawn of Justice" though!

Man of Steel is part of that trilogy too. They're just not going to share a common "name: [subtitle]" throughout all three.

They could name this film anything and it wouldn't matter. The logo with the Batman and Superman symbols is all that matters.

Batman will use "prep time" (bad writing) and everyone will be all "Oh Batman is so cool and smart and perfect and Superman is lame because he's so cool and smart and perfect."

I just think that it's hysterical that this is still considered MOS2 when fucking Batman gets first billing. Whereas marvel has no qualms about giving Captain America and Thor a couple of movies for themselves it seems that Warner just shits itself at the thought of another Superman solo movie. smh.

'm really hoping that they do a real MOS2 because, even though i though MOS was hot garbage for the most part, there were some glimmers of excellence in MOS that made me feel that a MOS2 could be pretty great. meh.

Should have been World's Finest or something similar along those lines. This one sucks.

"Warner Bros. and DC Comics presents World's Finest!" sounds a hell of a lot better than the mouthful that is "Warner Bros. and DC Comics presents Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice!"

Hell, they could've gone with Justice League: Origins or Justice League: World's Finest. Whatever. Still going to see it after Cap 3.

Batman with first billing?

Isn't it a superman movie?

Probably not. Snyder's trilogy is Man of Steel, this, and Justice League. It's not three Superman movies that feature other heroes, it's one Superman movie followed by two team-ups.

No way Batman isn't playing an equal part to Supes in this.

Bit of a clunker, isn't it. Wish they'd have enough faith to drop the Batman v Superman .

Whole operation seems kinda cheap, though. Like they're promoting an arcade game or a comic book event.

And not that it's news that WB has little faith in the marketability of DC Comics IP other than Batman, but they can't even put Superman's name first in the title of the sequel to his own movie?
