Yup it was under "Unused codes". We won't be able to apply it until after Head Start begins though.

I actually got it because it was mentioned in that Reddit thread and linked to the Sailor Moon wiki. And since I chose Serena from Sailor Moon in TERA due to an old joke I played on me about my ex at that time, I went with Beryl.

Seems not. You need to add a slot manually. And it seems a slot is given right now only to those who got the packs for it.

It may be included in the alteration voucher, but I don't think it is based off how they are selling the vouchers to change your character. If that is the case, you get none.

I remember I was interested in this game years ago. (about 4-5 years ago?) Yet I sadly don't have the time for MMOs anymore. I can't even play my favorite MMO-franchise (and #1 of my top 5 fav franchises), Guild Wars, anymore because of my limited free time. So I stick to single player and fighting games.

I'm pretty sure they came out and said that the Christmas outfits wouldn't be available at launch, so once I saw that in the store I closed it and just figured they hadn't updated it yet.

I'd be delighted to be wrong though.

Yep! Aside from the default costume (which got in the way of you editing your character's proportions) every other costume in the game is left intact with no censorship.
