Yes, it is a fringe minority. By the same measurement, Swedes, French and Germans are Nazis, as we can find political parties on the extreme right with seats in parliament.

But hey, you know where it is common to find Neo Nazis? Amongst Russians. It sounds like Russia should send a liberation army against itself.

Obviously they have the similar issues with extreme-right groups but I still see you disregarding or outright ignoring Ukrainian atrocities that have been going on well before Russia ever invaded Ukraine.
