Possibly. They have Low Winter Sun starting with Breaking Bad and they announced at TCA's a few days ago that they've ordered two new Drama series.

How much of S3 have you seen? Get ready, because S3 has several of the highlight moments of the entire series, and S4 is my favorite season of TV ever.
All I will say for Skyler is that her character becomes more active and entertaining as things go. You may warm up to her a bit.

If he was going to kill some kind of witness you'd think he'd be discreet, but with a gun like that he seems intent on making some kind of spectacle and possibly taking on a large number of people.

After a certain amount of people tweet a custom message they will reveal an app. I normally hate these types of things but since I only use Twitter for following accounts my curiosity won out.

I wouldn't mind if the cartel regrouped and came back for revenge. With Gus gone they might take it out on Walt.
Is it just me who thinks S5 so far is better than S4?
I really liked S1. S2 I quite liked, and I loved 3 and 4. But 5 is just so impeccably confident in everything it does. The montages in episode 8, the start of 1 and 7, it feels like the production team have absolutely mastered what they're going for.

I don't think I thought so at the time, but on a recent rewatch I found myself marveled at how damn good it is.
I think if we look at 5A and B after this is done, it could easily be the best season.

but if jesse and/or walt die...it has to be by each other's hand. anyone else would feel like a disappointment for me.

Death would be too easy a punishment for Walt. I either want him to fall to extreme emotional torment, or for him to become so evil that he is unphased by his family's death.
Also: S4>S3=S2=S5>S1

I like Season 2, but the ending was terrible after all that setup. Probably the worst BB moment ever.

Of course I guess I'm okay with it too, but right now, it's basically just speculation.
Though, I wouldn't be surprised if you were right.

My main issue with S5 is the show becomes way too Hollywood IMO, what with the big set pieces.
What I liked about the earlier seasons was the believability of it all. The show asked serious questions that were revelent to us all. Namely if you got cancer what lengths would you go to to protect your family? To make sure they're ok, these questions go through the minds of every man in those situations.
S5 loses the believability and becomes a full on Hollywood blockbuster albeit a fucking brilliant one at that.

At least you can take some comfort in not knowing the context, or the execution or mechanics of how that spoiler will play out.
The show is so completely over the top now, whereas at the beginning it was grounded with some over the top moments.

I watched it when it aired but then caught it again on demand. DirecTV took it off "On Demand" at the start of this month though :|

The only somewhat grounded season was 1. Even then the mercury explosion wasn't grounded. It has been over the top for 4 seasons now. Yes it has escalated, but what was the show supposed to do? Have them cooking in a rv for years?
