only thing pisses me off is when somebody says DmC had better combat makes me notice gamers have got lazier and want everything easy. Plus series did not need a western reboot it was fine just Capcom being dicks with more refining and not cutting development time in half messed with DMC4 we could have something rolling with 5. Even then its gameplay is still fucking boss and it a old ass game. just served a couple of foreign students here in my store. They each bought a pot noodle - the black extra fucking hot one - and asked if we had any spoons. I said no, and they paid.
As soon as they got out of the store, they opened the pots and tipped the sachets in. I was thinking oh no fucking way
They started tipping the noodles into their mouths. Aaaand then literally crying with pain/disgust, spitting it out on the floor. So so so so funny.
Not the first time something like this has happened either - I served a Chinese student a rustlers burger last week, and he proceeded to eat it as soon as he got outside. You gotta cook it dude!!

Six packs never go out of style, I started the weights again this week Kent. I did my back and bi's on Monday, shoulders and legs yesterday and I'm doing chest and tri's tonight. Just easing my way back into it though, 45 minutes a night, rotating those three sets twice a week. Monday off. Fuck isolating push and pull exercises and stuff though, that's just pedantic IMO.

That said, visible abs are 99% diet anyway and usually (in the case of models / actors) the result of dehydration to get shredded for a short period. I gave up on that idea as I hit my 30's, now I am happy when I don't have to suck in at the beach.

I have been working on my top half of my solid body for a while now and only started my legs with cycling. My entire six pack area didn't get touched.

It was only one weekend. Never again. Even feeling good at the time you wake up the next morning a changed person. Nocked up a few charges because of them and am on bail till august the first. Could be jailed or com service or fine. (First time the sheriff has asked for back round reports for me) I don't think I'll get jailed though as it was all petty things. (Attempted a pettty overdose with them and just blacked out caused a bit of a rammy in the hospital.)

5 cans of this stuff (Dragon soup, 8% vodka and caffeine drink) and a few beers along the way. I think drinking with the valium in my system from the night before and having a few more when i was completely wasted caused it.
It's a weird drug. There seems to be no middle ground for me when i take it. One minute i'm wasted the next I'm in the police cells. A few flashbacks hear and there but shit. Its a dangerous drug that's for sure. It's not normal blackouts, Apparently i had a few police officers having to put straps round my legs and shit and carry me around.
All in all i needed the experience to ween me off my anti depressants and start living life again, Sober, 5 a day and lots of protein and bodybuilding. I will off course be drinking at my mates 21.
It tastes pretty passable. I think its a copy of the american drink four loco that seems to be also causing problems. I'm a sorta all or nothing guy chinner. I just go with it and shit happens good or bad.
But i have faith in my diet change, I really do.
its 3 quid a can so no lol, Its more of a premium lets get fucked up drink. It doesn't taste bad at all.
