Hey GAF, I just flew back to the old family homestead and made great use of my Vita on the plane. Unfortunately, I forgot to pack the USB charging cable, and it's at 20% battery now. I'll be busy with family stuff for the next week, but I want to use it on the return flight too!

I'll just go to Gamestop or somewhere and grab one if nobody offers., but if someone has an extra floating around and could sell me one for under about $7, and can get it to me in New Jersey before about December 23, I would love to buy one from you.

Is it the second-gen Vita? If so, then any micro USB charging cable will do (like the one for your phone).

Nope; first generation. Bought on launch day, in fact.
Exactly four years ago today
, trivia fans.

I'd buy a cheap knockoff from Amazon just to get this thing charged, but Amazon's suppliers won't guarantee delivery until something like December 30. I need it to arrive before December 26, which is more than a week away so it should make it easily if someone drops it in the mail this week.

Not relishing the thought of a 13-hour plane flight without my electronic time-killer!
