Definitely not negative. The seller likely assumed you weren't going through with the deal.

That's a negative to me. At the point that you're saying "pay me" and giving someone the info to do so, you need to wait and give them a chance to actually do it.

Unless, of course, that follow-up PM was giving notice that they were moving on to someone else.

I would say neutral. The seller didn't screw you over (kept the money) so it's not negative feedback. However, giving out a PP address and expecting payment, then selling to another after not hearing back in a couple hours is very bad form. When you receive/give payment, half of the transaction has already taken place.

I would've initially said to leave negative, but after reading the above I switch to Neutral/No Feedback. I agree that a message saying "I'm running errands, I'll pay when I get home" would've been a good thing. I also keep people I'm buying from in the loop about when I'm going to actually get payment to them. "Hey, I work this time to this time." "I'm going out to supper." etc etc. It all seems to me like miscommunication---no ill intent from anyone.

I agree with this. If both sides of the story are accurate, this is how I would expect a disagreement to be worked out.

To the seller, I would say, no response in 2 hours is fairly normal for this board. No response in 2 days, then sell it. This isnt ebay.

Yeah. Due to time zones, sometimes its very likely Ill message a seller but by the time they get back to me, im busy or possibly sleeping.

Its always good to say, "I want the item but if i dont get back to you straight away its because X" that way everyone knows whats going on.

So I have 35% or something feedback on there. But allow me to explain. I sold the laptop, then changed my mind and cancelled that day. The guy got mad and called me a con artist. I changed my mind because I decided I wanted it. I never conned anyone.

The second negative feedback thing was this guy who bought an Xperia z3, copper. I guess I got the model number wrong and it wasn't the dual sim-card slot one that he wanted. He could have simply returned it and I would have refunded him. But he waited 2 months then left me negative feedback. Yeah...

I have sold NUMEROUS things but nobody ever leaves feedback except for when they are mad.

What? I don't get what the issue is. Its a broken iphone 6s plus. The imei is clean but its broken. What more can I say about it. Its a broken, non working iphone 6s plus. I broke a copper xperia z3 and sold it on amazon, stating it was broken and somebody bought it. People can fix stuff like this.
