Reportedly his father is in local law enforcement - which would tally with the kids love of hunting and access to firearms.

You have to say, that at this stage it looks more like an obsessive fan than someone brainwashed by the staff at the local Lush store, but who knows.

Trump said yesterday that he plans to deal with the radical left. Curious to see what comes of it. He stressed no violence in response too. I understand why now.

I watch exclusively left wing channels and no one was calling on Kirk to be killed. He was mostly looked at as a bit of a clown. Hasan was literally going to debate him in a couple weeks. It is theoretically possible he was actually radicalized by Kirk himself because Kirk said some shit that pissed him off. Just because someone is psychotically mad at the right doesn't mean it's automatically the left's fault. We're allowed to have political opposition parties in this country.

Honestly, if I had a son and who did something like that I'd be afraid for the rest of my family and for anyone else out there. It's an insane limit to pass when you kill someone, like truly insane. Even soldiers have trouble killing people and their blocks need to be broken down through training.

But yeah, it takes a strong father to do something like that, especially when the president has demanded death penalty. I can't imagine how hard it must have been.

There's a press conference going on right now. They've confirmed the bullets had anti fascist writing and his family said he was radicalized in the last few years.

He's a left wing nut job like we all assumed. It's confirmed.

I always cringe when lefties call everyone facists because they really don't understand the word in any real historical context - particularly 22-year-old loser gamer lefties. Sad that bullshit cost someone his life.

That's what you would think, but there's been no shortage of folks who are essentially going "everyone on the left is evil" despite many high profile figures condemning this guy's murder and calling for the opposite of violence.

Do you follow stuff from the radical left? The ones who call people nazis and think that assassinating the president should be encouraged? I've seen plenty of that on reddit. But yeah, it's better to not speculate on things until we know more. Also I'm not saying leftists are murderous people, but the extremes on both side have a tendency to lose a grip on reality and humanity.

I've never once heard anyone call for assassinating the president on anything I watch. I've definitely heard people called nazis and I'm 100% fine with that.
 
I don't think Charlie Kirk himself would want death sentence for this 22 year old, from what I gathered from posts here - he might've just helped him in this time of confusion

People call Hitler a fascist when in fact he was a socialist, so he was left-wing. Fascism was in Italy, not Germany. They have no idea.

There are indeed a few communists who dream of violent revolution, but do you really think that's even close to a majority of people who voted for, say, Harris?

Even if a lot of people think the current administration has fascist-like characteristics in certain fields (ie: changes to ICE), that doesn't equal endorsement of assassination.
