gears reloaded can get deep inside me, herdling looks cute too.

pure morbid curiosity has me wanting to play dragon age too even though i know i wont like it.

It's been a years since I played Gears of War on the xb360. Will this PC version have higher resolutions and all the lighting effects of a modern day game?

Yes, they basically remade the game for XBO. This is not the original version.

This is a remater of that remake. Runs at 4K/60 on console(s) too.

Between this and it coming to ps plus earlier, veilguard was a massive bomb. EA now is just trying to juice up the player count.

Not bad at all. Likely adding more at Gamescom too.

Mostly looking forward to Herdling. Will try Void Breaker and I have to try Dragon Age.

I already beat Gears 0-4 recently so that doesn't do much for me right now. Going to play 5 soon, then Hivebusters.

Yeah sure I'll check out The Veilguard. Not even going into the whole woke shit, we all know this. But the stuff I've seen in some video reviews and bits of a playthrough it's clear that this game is too tame and it's a shame.

This one dude tried to be as big of an asshole in the game as possible, but all these dialogue choices were just so friendly, so....safe, so not interesting at all. But again, I'll give it a fair chance.

Gentle reminder:

Series X is the only console version of P4 Golden that runs at 4K/120fps. PS5 is capped to 1080p/60.

Even though I'm not a fan of the Golden additions, it's still an amazing game and one of the best JRPG's of my lifetime.

Yeah, I remember you trying to convince people in the OT that the game wasn't woke.

I'm paraphrasing here...

"It's not that bad if you ignore the woke stuff."

It's a well playing action RPG.

Just remove the Barv stuff.

They went overboard with that even for me, and I'm usually not bothered by it.

If someone wants to see the end of the Solas storyline from Inquisition, it's not a bad time at all.

I put around 30 hours into the game and there was literally like 10 total minutes of woke stuff.

It's true, the game got a lot of hate but it's actually fun to play. Most characters had interesting storylines and even THAT character wasn't that bad.

I found it significantly better than Inquisition or DA2.

Also when it comes to dialogue choices and player input in story happenings?

Same and the last 4 hours were some epic shit. Enjoyed the game a lot wish more people would give it a chance.

Really? From what I've seen, so much of the dialog is awful (not just the woke stuff). And I've heard many people put the combat on the easiest setting because it becomes so tedious and repetitive (not challenging) and they just want to get it over with.

Nice, looking forward to Dragon Age. Soooo, I have heard there's supposedly some "woke stuff" in it, huh? I don't know what it is trying to say, but I am an adult so I can enjoy the story that is not ideologically sterile. I'll judge it on the quality of writing and gameplay, like always.

Combat is honestly the best part, I played as a mage and I never ran out of builds to try, the equipment system (probably a relic of when the game was a multiplayer game) has a lot of unique gear and there are several optional bosses and quest lines up to max level.

Characters are a bit of a mixed bag: Solas, Varric, the necromancer, the griffin guy and the elven girl are ok, the Italian vampire and the dwarf girl are awful. But nothing is as bad as Cole or Dorian from DA:I and every character has a decent quest line with a choice at the end to determine their final form.

It's honestly quite good.

Most of the time with RPG I go with swords and shield , but with Dark Souls for example I went with a warrior pyro build and i quite dug that. I assume DA let's me be a battlemage as well?

Sounds like the combat is definitely better than FFXVI. XVI doesn't even have builds. Doesn't even have elemental weakness. Doesn't have a party. Doesn't have multiple weapons even. Doesnt have fuck all.
