How can i farm some Cracker Red Eye? no sign of 'em so far

There are a few enemies that have a low drop rate for red eye orbs. Those pigs near the mansion in Majula have a low drop rate for them. If you are a member of the Brotherhood of Blood, and you successfully invade and destroy the target you will get a Token of Spite. With the Tokens you can duel fellow members of the Brotherhood of Blood for the orbs. To duel just go to the statues near the bondfire after Chariot boss.

Just received my copy from Amazon UK (Black Armor Edition)

This was included in the package (didn't know it came with it)

Is that aluminium ltd. edition plaque something that's provided with every Black Armor Edition? I can't imagine there are only 2500 BA Editions produced.....

Shiiiiiiiit.
I am guessing the first 2.5k BA copy?
Because my BA copy is a regular steel box with nothing special about it.

Currently polling second in Australia's federal election (first in the Gold Coast), this feral may one day be your Bogan King.
What percentage of enemies disappear permanently after being killed too many times? It it just the lowest grade grunts, or more or less every enemy in the game?

Is there no boss in
Harvest Mills
? I feel like I've searched the zone head to toe and found nowhere else to go except onwards to
Earthen Peak

The game can be an absolute ghost land.

There is a way to farm souls at high level though.

Ehhhh not sure I like this. Great for high level, shit for early play, and seems a little arbitrarily difficult given you need souls not just for levelling but also for items. Continually dying essentially increases the difficulty and lowers the probability of recovery. That's weird skewering.

beat the rats and
giant spider
and now I'm not sure where to go or what to do. I think I'm going to try and get in the hole in Majula.

I just help people beat bosses. Never once did the enemies in my game face extinction, nor have I ever run in trouble for not having enough souls. I mean shit, I'm probably over leveled at this point.

I can see it being a problem in single player, but meh, the real DS experience is online to me.

Does the
miracle vendor
settle in Majula? When I first met her in
Heide's Tower
she mentioned having to relocate soon due to a lack of customers, and when I warped back to Majula to spend my souls the depressed guy was talking about new neighbours. Didn't see her though.

put down your sign and let some else summon you for a boss you have allready beaten.

best and most fun way to farm souls since there are souls games.

Okay, so I've killed
Last Giant, Pornstein, persuer and dragon rider.

Where next??

I suggest you go to the bonfire beneath Dragon Rider and head into that area. Another option is to go back to where you killed the Pursuer and examine the nest to take you to The Lost Bastille.

There is teleporting in the game(so you can move around easily if you run out of enemies) and its still pretty damn hard to just kill everything to extinction early on.

She's down the stairs near the cat house.

It's not a big deal unless you keep killing enemies over and over, and keep dying without recovering your souls. You'd have to be playing really inefficiently to be totally screwed, like never going back to level up or upgrading your weapons. Enemies die after 10-15 or so kills, and that's a lot of souls you'll be racking up considering how many enemies there are in a single level.

I'm at lvl 60 now and only like three enemies have disappeared on me. As I keep going through levels, I keep racking it a lot of souls, and I keep leveling up and upgrading my weapon when I can. I can't imagine the whole enemies disappearing thing ever being much of a hindrance.

Here's a good tip btw: Buy 10k souls worth of stuff from the Traveling Merchant (old lady) in the Forest then talk to her again. She'll give you Covetous Silver Serpent Ring+1 which will give you 20% more souls.

Okay...this is bugging the crap out of me.
I can't figure out how to get that item on the ledge in the 3 Sentinels boss room area.
I tried jumping from the 1st ledge where you landed for the boss fight, and the 2nd one near the bonfire.
I wasn't even close to reaching the edge of the ledge...please don't tell me that I need one of the bosses to break the pillar.

run around that entire room clicking X/A on every wall, there are like 5/6 illusionary walls

Blue sentinels feel like a massive waste of time. People have to be in the way of blue cov AND be wearing a bloody ring.

Remove the ring requirement at least.

yup, i feel the same way, i'm just going to kill the npc for his equipment, I think, he looks awesome.

I've been thinking of buying this but
are the spider enemies/boss confined to that boss area or are they spread out across the game.

Rerolled my character so I could dual wield two Dark Steel Katana's. It looks cool and the damage is better than Uchigatana (S dex scaling), but I'm not sure if it's better that dual Falchions (bleed).

Got fFirst invasion in "lost bastille", invader killed my fellow phantom but I managed him down to a little bit of remaining health. Don't know why the guy did not heal himself but with his last attack he brought something to explosion and he died :) Funny!

Question: Found no bloodstain of him, has this changed?

who is that
crab guy
in the shaded woods area? i assumed he was an enemy and shot him with a couple arrows, now all he says is "..?" when i try to talk to him.

also, i have no idea where to go. i've discovered like five or six areas in one sitting.

So where am I supposed to find
Gavlan
? I thought he was in
No Man's Wharf
but I can't find him anywhere (it doesn't help that I'm finding the enemies in this area to be real swine - currently trying to just exterminate the lot of them). Does he only show after I beat the area boss?

You can do this after she already moved to Majula too, right?

He's
up at the highest point after a bunch of the arm guys and I think through a fake wall. He's a bearded dwarf in armor. You might want to wait to find him, I think he can only be used once.

I love this game so much. I don't remember most bosses names but I cleared the Shaded Woods, Iron Keep, and a few smaller areas today. I have a few good messages down that gave me some needed heals! Nothing life saving but in Demon's I always happened to be in the Nexus when I got my free heal. I'm on the
spider
boss now.

I still haven't been invaded once. I'm also having trouble finding people for coop sometimes, and I'm wondering if its my connection. There could just be less people where I am now but I found it odd that I had trouble finding people for
Smelt Demon
even though my sign always got picked up really quickly.

Grab the
Bat-Ring of Whispers
from your Bat-Belt to speak with him. If you don't have it yet you can speak with
Catwoman
at the Batcave
(Majula)
.
