Agreed, the only retail game I have for the 360 is Oblivion, I'm enjoying geometry wars and discovering (some of) the original Xbox's back catalogue (Halo and Halo2).

you can heat a frying pan up on the stove and then use it to literally burn off zombie's faces (hold X instead of just tapping it).

i'm sure you can do other stuff with it too... probably other 'recipes' using different ingredients.

I regret to inform you all that I am starting to like this game. I've saved like 7 people now, two died (Japanese dudes in a store I couldn't reach in time), but I finally get the point about saving all these people, kinda cool since you have to help them by carrying them, giving them a shouler, etc.

I'm still annoyed by some issues, but generally, it's growing on me now! I will play more!

Also, I've seen every part of the mall now, I think, though I need this maintenance key to get to all the sweet quick routes without zombies!!!! ARGH!!! MUST HAVE KEY!!

I'm enjoying putting the books to use. I like the effects they cause while they're in your inventory. There's a camera magazine in the bookstore near the start point that shows you the best photo ops. The sports magazine makes sports items last a long time.... great for the bat and golf club you can get in the sporting goods store.

I took a really high PP picture by facing a huge crowd, shotgunning the nearest zombie, and snapping the photo while blood was squirting out its neckhole. Brutality+horror+lots of zomies for lottsa points... hahaha....

Upstairs in the kid's store, you can change into clothes that are like 10 sizes too small. Woot!

It's definitely fun. It's simplistic, but that's okay for a summer action type game. Nice graphics, fast action, intriguing customization. I think I agree with the EGM scores. I will trade in stuff for it next Wednesday.

honestly, not really. This game is a hack and slash where you do tons of cool shit and kill zombies. While I love it, it will not be for everyone and I guess the EGM review reflects that. I only wish it got a higher score so trolls wont use it as some kind of ammo. But in all honesty i can see reviews for this game ranging from 7s - 9s across the board depending on the reviewer.

Some of my PAL friends already confirmed this (for the Netherlands atleast). Strange that the Major said it'd be available in all regions, I didn't see this with my NL account.

Well, EBGames Italy confirmed they'll have the game next week and it does work on pal consoles. multilanguage too.

Yeah it should be but it's not. Apperantly it got pulled or something in Euroland or something because all my Dutch x-friends and myself can't see it on the Marketplace and we're all force to use our US accounts.

No, it's not some clerk. It comes from EB representatives. This is what eb games is telling people who preordered the game; they received confirmation from Eb usa that the game works on PAL X360's, it's multilanguage and it will be available before the end of next week.
