Finally getting Symbiote for my hunter! After I get that it looks like I can upgrade two things.

Icebreaker, thorn, Suros, and armamentarium. Icebreaker is a no brainer. I'm up for opinions on the other ones. I could even just buy the new ruin wings instead if upgrading an additional one.

Thoughts? Leaning towards Suros but thorn is so tempting as well.

The exotic helms will be important if you want to hit 32 for the hard raid... at least that's my thought process.

Since Atheon is unable to damage Crota and has poor timing, I assume that th Gatelord hiding in Crota's chamber would solo Atheon.

My game plan:

- upgrade gamebreaker
- get symbiote for hunter
- buy engrams till i hopefully get a titan helm (HoS14/glasshouse please)
- pump all my saved xp into gamebreaker and new gear
- do urn quest for titan legendary gauntlets
- do weekly
- RAID

at that point my titan will have the gear for 31 if all goes as planned, but i doubt ill have time to upgrade it all before the raid so i'll still use my lock

Crota

That motherfucker is quick and his sword will kill Atheon from insane range. Crota doesn't even need Time's Vengeance. When he gets ported he can just run straight for the door and ignore the oracles.

Crota's Spirit Bomb > Oracles

Crota would simply push Atheon off of the level.

Yeah, I mean, you certainly don't keep me around for my Destiny playing skills (although I seem to be improving markedly over the last week or two in both PvP and PvE).

I recommend Red Bull. Lots of it. Hold the vodka though. Either that or maybe take a 1-2 hour nap when you get home.

Well I upgraded my IceBreaker and even though I'm not a fan of bladedancer I upgraded my Mask of the Third Man too. I heard bladedancer was good throughout the raid so figured why not. I am pretty much out of glimmer though. I did a couple of exclusion zone runs just to get the glimmer to upgrade the 2 exotics. It'll be a while before I can actually upgrade everything to reach level 31 so no raiding for me this weekend.

Ruin Wings must be worn with Thunderdevil, as they don't change color with shaders. That sort of sucks, but good thing Thunderdevil is a great shader.
