Is there a consensus as to which sniper rifle is the best that you can buy from legendary marks? I see a lot of people with the vanguard one so I assume that one is it. Also, is there a list somewhere or strike specific drops?

Not bad, but if echo chamber pops I usually see how and starts and if people start screwing around I drop.
