with someone in the party with a 286 sniper. So there are ways to get through this stuff without everything top tier. Nighthawk and WoL was huge for the stagger though.

So despite having done most of the Raid, being 294 light etc I'd been really focused on knocking out all of the Quests and stuff and I actually hadn't done a single Dreadnaught Patrol, so I only vaugely knew what was up with the CoO stuff.

IT'S FUCKING AWESOME

I rolled over there by accident following markers for my first patrol mission, there was 5 dudes already there and we did I think a tier 2 rune once then three tier 3 runes. Fucking rad. I still don't really understand all of the various rune stuff and I'll need to read up on this, but it was fucking great. I got the second half of the medallion or whatever from doing it which I think I needed to unlock the actual CoO questline from Eris for the artifact right?

Court of Oryx is so good. It's great to hop in there and do however much of it as you'd like. You can grind it out for an hour or you can just do one or two events and then do something else. CoO is what PoE should've been.

There's so much I can do with my two friends tonight:

• Daily mission (for marks)
• Normal Strikes (speed farming for loot)
• Heroic Strikes (for quest)
• Nightfall (for quest)
• Tier 1, 2 & 3 of CoO (for quest)
• Taken Earth quest
• Taken Petra quest

The one downside to questification is that we're all on different steps, and you don't get credit for doing things out of order. This is especially painful during the Taken Wars stuff that is very, very difficult to solo, yet has no matchmaking. But still that list is impressive. Hello, Year Two Reset Day!

Damn, I really wanted that Hung Jury Scout Rifle from Dead Orbit because of its reload speed, but I spent all mah marks on these grips (I was sick of getting things with feathers on them, gross!) and infusing like crazy.
Now that I see so many people praising it I kinda wish I just lived with the feathers...
