For those that have been successful in the Spindle hunt, what light level do you suggest for your fireteam?

Mid to late 90s.

I tried it earlier just for funsies, upgrading it didn't trigger anything.

I wonder if upgrading it and then using it somewhere or hitting a certain point triggers something? Why else give the option to use 25 marks to upgrade it?

Is it hard enough that if you are a low level, it would be impossible for the others to carry you? I'm over 300 myself, but some of my buddies are in the 280 range.

6 minutes seems to be the sweet spot. You can do it with less but it's a lot harder.

We killed the first wave of mobs but when the 2nd wave comes in with more black orbs we were fucked. One dude kept trying to use a sword. I don't think that was a very good idea.

Is there a good guide to that final room? I've heard adds are spawned at HP intervals on the boss? Where are the blights spawning?

Did you finish all of Variks's stuff on Mars as well? It popped for me instantly when I finished his last one since I already had lost and found done.

Thats not bad at all. High enough to easily hold your own in the Raid and possibly get a couple more drops with light level 300+ on them.
