Arteezy, EternalEnvy, and Puppey have history doing this. Its called collusion and its a really shitty thing to do especially when it can so negatively affect your peers. But fuck you, got mine. And dat $$$ is just too tempting. Make a good team, and fuck over the competition, why not? "PPD was toxic, I just won't say anything till right before the roster lock."
As far as collusion goes, many players' unions exists to stop this sort of practice and collective bargaining has worked to outlaw it in many pro sports, but its usually meant to stop the owners/organizations from colluding. It is also beneficial to many of the owners themselves, particularly to those that may not have the resources that Team Secret's handed-everything-on-a-silver-platter owner does..
Ironic to see how in eSports the tables have turned on the owners/organizations and now it is the players who are in on it. Valve's roster lock system, in addition to their allegiance to players over organizations, is no doubt partly responsible for this outcome, but the rest is as they say: 'money changes people'.

I agree with most of what SirActionSlacks says here. Having these things available in game without having to go look up some YouTube video, or find the updated photoshopped image with the spawn boxes drawn on it, or having to just load the map in Hammer yourself to see the spawn boxes is a great thing.
Not only that, with the number of times the map has changed in the last few patches, and most of us have the old spawn boxes ingrained in our heads, I think it's something seasoned players will appreciate too. I actually did not know until today that the "magic bush" doesn't actually work anymore as the two spawn boxes for the Radiant pull and medium (formerly large) camp no longer overlap.
The mechanics haven't changed. They haven't been simplified, they've just been made apparent without having to look up something that you had no idea you were supposed to to figure it out. I can't tell you the number of times this patch I've tried to deward a camp only to realize I accidentally placed the sentry in the spawn box and still kept it blocked. It will remove frustrating moments like that because you were one inch into the box as you tried to eyeball it.
The hero attack range just makes sense, and honestly, I'm surprised it wasn't added sooner. Ever since beta back in 2011, the ability to hover over spells and see cast range has always been there. It just makes sense for attack range to go there too. Towers range is also a good idea, and the showing what the tower is aggro'd on is also a great idea, as it can help new players learn the rules of how towers prioritize targets. I mean, there's a loading screen tip that says you can "attack" your own creeps while behind them to de-aggro the tower from yourself.
All in all, these changes are good, and will make Dota more accessible. The game didn't go anywhere, it didn't get simplified, it's still the same game it was before this patch.

You actually got mentioned in regards to the Secret changes.
Not surprising. If anybody needs a hot take: I don't really have strong feelings tbh. Arteezy is a piece of shit and he belongs on a team like Secret. My ability to loathe them goes unimpeded.
I do feel a little betrayed by Universe, but if the Fear + Sumail rumor turns out to be true maybe there was some bigger turmoil there and everybody mutinied against Peter? Who knows. I'll wait and see how EG shakes out until I decide how much of my support they get going forward.

RTZ is the new Black^. He's exceptionally good at farming and usually his team suffers because of it. RTZ + EE is also so much over extension I'm pretty sure Secret are about to launch Throwmageddon 2016, and throw their way straight back into the Perpetual 3rd/4th Place spot they so deserve.
You know, other than all the beastly MVP-worthy plays that he produced in Shanghai.
No luck getting this to work under Chrome, any ideas? Tampermonkey and script are both installed without hitches, no emote box though.
