Amazing the number of dudes simping for this pedo fuck in the comments.

It’s honestly like people don’t realize how reprehensible sending lewd messages to a fucking 17-year-old as a 40 year old
man with a wife and kids is.

Y’all must see yourselves in him to protect him this hard.
Pedo? Where is it confirmed he is a pedo? He would have been charged if that was case. I don’t think it’s constructive to call him a pedo. I agree what he did was immoral though. Stop and take a breather man.

I don’t get it either.

Dude admitted it, removed his statement, edited it, reposted his admission again, removed and edited once more and then reposted it.

If anyone actually believes that he used the word minor to bait people I don’t know what to tell them.

I actually do know what I want to say but it’s not worth losing my account here over :)

Well he did admit to inappropriate messages with a minor and changed his tune to they were of legal consenting age in their state

The "legal" age in most states is 16 and if you are trading inappropriate messages with a 16 year old and you are 40 I think that term fits as there is something wrong with him which is pretty obvious with his clown costume and history of poor choices

He didn't admit to anything.
He said that he used whisper to banter with many of his fans, the banter sometimes was inappropriate according to him.
It seems to me that he probably whispered with people from all ages, including 17, but of course I could be wrong.

He should've governed himself better, but pedo? sexting a minor? I'll wait until all the facts come out.
Gone are the days where I just conform to the masses.

Buncha weird out there. Isn't Bill Bellichicks girlfriend like 23 or some nonsense? Not the same situation, but still bizarre.

thing is... haters gonna hate

no matter what "proof" or positive evidence will surface, haters gonna hate and virtue signaling mob will not accept to be wrong in ANY case and on anything

Doesn't that work both ways? No matter what negative evidence emerges, some will defend him no matter what?

But yeah.....if the messages are revealed and show them to cherry picked and out of context, I'll say he was wronged. But even if that is the case, he has handled this whole thing ridiculously bad starting with the initial tweet. It wasn't until that tweet where he admitted having inappropriate messages with a minor that many of starting looking at the guy sideways. Sorry....but he can't undo that no matter how clever a statement his lawyers write for him.

Living near Miami Florida I see older wealthy men with very young wives and I don't get it either

Speaking as a 57 year old I can say I would personally be embarrassed to have a wife young enough people thought was my daughter

Yes he did. It is all right there and this isn't "many of his fans". This was inappropriate messages with a specific minor.

He's original statement included the word minor, he edited the tweet to exclude the word, then edited again to include it. That aligns with 'emphasizing' the word in my opinion.

People keep saying he admitted it. Admitted what exactly? Because the only thing that he has acknowledge from the allegations is that messages were exchanged, and has denied everything else that he has been accused of. Aside from stating the messages leaned too much in the direction of inappropriate, which could mean anything. I can call a user a cunt, and that would be inappropriate. He's statement doesn't make him a predator.

I know you claim that a gaffer use to work at Twitch, has seen the chatlogs and has PM'd you details -which I think is total bullshit by the way- but we're not privy to that information. Now if that user was vetted by a mod then we could take it more seriously. So if you want to enlighten us, please do my friend.

What about barely legal and teen porn? Lots of chicks don’t look 18, but 18 is the legal limit to appear in porn. Does that mean dudes who watch that are pedos? No, not necessarily.

What he did was wrong. It’s such a messy situation where age of consent in some states is younger than the age you have to be to be in porn. Porn also focuses on youth a lot. There’s the school girl outfit, the babysitter, and whatever.

I don’t think the adult industry has exactly helped men out in this case. I also don’t think social media and streaming has helped either. He has more access to young people than people his own age. Women in their 30’s and 40’s aren’t exactly flocking to the outlets where he’s conversing with other people online either.

This isn’t exactly a defense or whatever post. Just some thoughts I had. Would I be pissed if my 17 year old daughter was talking to an adult online? Absolutely. I also realize we aren’t conditioning people in these positions.

He never said the messages were inappropriate. He said they "leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate."

With the age difference and the fact he has a wife and child, I find what he did as immoral and a creep. However, this does not constitute being a "pedo". Not in the legal definition or any other way. You can believe what he did was wrong. I do. But I wouldn't go around calling him a pedo for fuck sake lol.

Guess I am just old because in my book if a grown ass man is sending anything inappropriate to 16 year olds there is something wrong with that person

And with his statement of no real intentions sure implies it was more than just calling someone a bad name

"Casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate" is not admitting to anything illegal.
I'm pretty sure it is allowed to banter inappropriately with a 17 year old under the law.

Was it morally wrong? of course it was wrong... so what?

Learn to think for yourselves people, there is nothing here but questionable morals.

He can try and water it down all he wants, but that's inappropriate. A man twice the age of a minor has no business having conversations like that at all.

As I said, it is my opinion that what he did was immoral and I would deem him a creep for doing so. However, calling him a nonce and pedo etc is not helpful to the discussion and is simply wrong. The term "Pedo" should be reserved for actual pedo's. They are the scum of society.

Ah....ok. Yeah, I agree with you there then. If this were pedophilia then he would be charged, but obviously that is not the case so folks should not refer to it as such.

Exactly. Men are designed to chase young, fertile females - it's in our genes. "White Knights" are full of shit because they, themselves look at hot attractive girls/women and would want to fuck them given the opportunity. Men that are 20, 30, 40, 50 yo etc. all want to fuck 18-25 females the most, there is nothing wrong with that from perspective of our biology. Those who targets much younger people (less than 13) are actual pedophiles. Teenagers 15-17 are in this grey area, lots of countries allow them to have sex with older people (more like allow older people to have sex with them but anyway...) but society in general does not accept that.

We have been like this since dawn of humanity, now we have laws and social norms that are there to protect young people and in this aspect western civilization is quite great (compared to the past or some places in the world today). You can all see this with Dr. Disrespect, he didn't do anything that is illegal but he lost ton of respect (lol) of his fanbase, sponsors, lots of money and this will haunt him forever.

Which for me the jury is still out

This defense of they were of consenting age in their state obviously screams 16 which as you pointed out makes it legal and not pedo.

Problem I have is not just the whole age difference but this also reads to me like he only recently found out they were of consenting age and he got lucky they were

I would think if he knew their age in his original statement he would have included that nugget especially since that statement was curated for him to release.

Just my feelings here obviously

Id love for all of them to show us their chat history. Im "sure" they never texted anyone at any point below the age of 17 in their life while they were at the age of 18 and above. First of all a minor is someone below 18, yet this guy went to the extreme making it sound like he was talking to a 4 year old, sharing dick pics, meeting up with him and fiddling with the 4yr old boy's anus. Its disgusting. And his argument is because he already cheated on his wife with an adult girl...can we get any more delusional?
I sit on a high ground. Never even messaged another woman in 25 years and do not chat besides if someone texts me.

My daughter was sixteen and a 32 year old man in Columbia SC was messaging her and slowly grooming her with suggestions about adulthood and how she will be free to express herself how ever she wants slowly moving into sexual territory. He then wanted pics with her clothes on and moved onward to without her clothes off.

I messaged him as her and found out his name and used our S2 in the unit I was in to find his address. I did find him, I hunted him down broke both his forearms, his nose, both eye sockets, his femur on the curb, then I pissed on him.

I spent 6 months at Camp Pendleton breaking big rocks into small rocks, lost my TS clearance for a year, lost the ability for future promotions, and still have a smile on my face.

I don’t care if she or he was 17, 13, 9, it’s all the same to me. He is a pure pedo even talking to a minor in any inappropriate manner. I don’t do semantics, the piece of shit admitted after he found out they were a minor and then he kept texting.

We have started stepping over lines, sexualizing children, teenagers, etc and predators take advantage of that. Why would anyone be texting underage children in the first place, especially after they found out?

This is the last I’ll say on this as it is quite infuriating.

You would think so but then again likely should have included that in his first statement or very soon there after, not just lump it in with a message that implies he only used the word minor to bait people

"I wasn't sexting anyone. You also said the word minor, Cody. I even made sure that word was emphasized in my statement, edited, etc. Just to make sure these so-called journalists would pick up on it. And oh boy oh boy did they ever, Champs."

So, if we assume for a second, that he didn't know the person was legal age at the time of the messages, then does this constitute as a pedo? I mean, you could then say he didn't directly target an under ager. But this is where its gets really grey. I mean if the person was 17, and of legal age of consent in their country or state, then its likely this person has some understanding of sex education/experience.

I wonder if he could sue this Cody guy for defamation? If he did, whether this process would clear anything up? He ain't ever releasing the messages. I think really its the talked about twitch user who could blow the lid on everything. This person would be in their early 20's now.

Either way I have no horse in this race. I am leaning more towards the Doc side because nowadays there just seems to be a lot of witch hunting towards people without reflection, knowledge or any understanding. People quick to jump on the hate bandwagon/majority. I do think what he has done is creepy. He is too old lol

I don't think for a minute that there will be any "repercussions" outside of that little production he put on and calling Cody out directly. I doubt he will sue because of what I already said. The chatlogs will become public record. We ain't talking about a Johnny Depp/Amber Heard level of a spectacle, but it would still be quite the show and one DrD doesn't want. No.....DrD is spending his money on speed boats and helicopters. That's it.

Cody Connor apparently isn't worried.

If Doc is really that confident that Cody spread lies, it honestly makes zero sense not to take him to court, and if the content of those chatlogs were really taken out of context, then it shouldn't matter if they become public record.

Also, I'm pretty sure Cody has had that same profile description since he leaked the reason for the ban.

In my opinion, it would mean that Codys allegations are closer to the truth, and that Doc is playing with semantics. The fact that he uses legal definitions in this new statement does raise red flags, but I can overlook that if he is just being clear and honest.

I don't understand if we are talking about the morality or the legality of the fact.

It is pretty clear at this point that legally no wrong doing has been done, so why are we still arguing?

Morally speaking everyone has his own opinion a noone has the same, you can judge something morally but you can't condemn someone because YOU feel what he has done is immoral, who decide what is immoral? What everyone think is totally different from each other and that is why we have law to judge ppl.

An example, for me is morally wrong to tell ppl that being fat is acceptable, is it illegal ? Nope so who wants can keep doing it cause we all know that there are a lot of ppl pushing for body positivity.

I repeat if he had done something illegal he wouldn't be streaming again.

Likewise, those who think a 40 year old should not be having inappropriate conversations with a minor can call that out as morally wrong. That is not saying the man should go to jail.

No you end up putting someone who raped an 8y.o. into the same category as someone who sent inappropriate texts to a 16y.o. there is a MASSIVE fucking difference and the only winners here are the actual Pedos cause now the term has no real meaning

Thank you. The casual use of that word by some around here has been disconcerting, to say the least.
