Can I renew PSN+ via PSN Wallet funds?

Since 12 month PSN+ is 39.99 (unfortunately, it's out of stock @ CDkeys), I'm thinking of getting this 35 for 30 and then another 5 GBP and I can get the sub for 35. Not bad.
