I don't sweeten my stuff. I just eat sweet stuff. does anyone understand that concept? lol. plus I'm not a friend of articifial sweeteners. doubt they're much healthier.
Well, I mean switch to stuff with artificial sweeteners in it, like Diet Dr. Pepper.
And studies show the artificial stuff is much healthier for you than sugar because it's completely neutral. It certainly isn't GOOD for you, but it's not BAD for you either, it's just there.
Though, the only product with artificial sweeteners I can handle is diet soda products, everything else tastes like poop with that stuff in it.
Wish I had any other advice here, I avoid all sweet stuff because of my egg allergy. Most sweet stuff has eggs in it as well.
