What. I've had that for the last few weeks!
the only thing substantively new is the bench/barbell. I got new dumbells but that's just because I wanted to, I didn't really need new ones.

Never understood why people do the bar behind the head though. It's really uncomfortable and doesn't do anything extra versus front side. Also less injury prone.

It's exact opposite for me. :\
I should mention that I do actually exercise and pulldown is a main exercise for me. Since I can basically only do dumbbell squat, deadlift, pulldown, and other dumbbell exercise at home.

Just free weights at home these days Freeza, but pulldowns always felt more natural behind the neck.
I used to lift 3x a week at a gym in high school with a trainer so its not form or anything like that that's an issue
Seems like most exercises that I like or dislike are against the norm. I loooove leg exercise and loathe anything that's primarily arms. Really hate doing like any kind of arm presses. So awkward

Fair enough. I guess mobility factors into comfort a lot, which might explain my preference more than anything else. I agree with the second part completely though.
