I've already been sick. awful headache and stuff yesterday (and tons of gas...). Doing better in most ways but not quite good

There's been a stomach thing hitting my workplace over the last few days, I've remained unaffected so far but only because I'm taking out the brain of those who come near me. One shot one kill.

In unrelated news, the impressions from GAFers in that BvS thread are making me a little bit more excited to see this movie. I've only ever really like 2 Zack Snyder movies so I'm always a little distrustful of his stuff, but hey maybe this is good.

well the gas was just over the course of an hour or two but it was bad when it was happening. I'm not sure this is exclusively a stomach thing though but there definitely was an element of that

I've only seen suckerpunch and watchmen which were pretty good at some points and not so much at others. By those, he's not a director I'd get excited for on his own.

I'm one of the few that actually liked man of steel so I'm semi looking forward to batman v superman.

I'm skeptical of two things though. 1) who they have playing lex and 2) battfleck

also them packing it with too many things has me a bit nervous. (doomsday, wonder woman etc)

The one thing I'm not skeptical of is Batfleck, I trust my slightly better looking Hollywood doppelganger to do a good job.

It's really hard to fuck up batman on accident unless you add hilarious amounts of camp and Ben Affleck isn't a bad actor.

Also he has three separate independent clauses in a single sentence which makes it a run on and separates two of them with a comma rather than the proper semi colon.

He screwed up the phrase "picked up on it" by combining that and "were picked up on" or "were picked on" from what I can tell.

I couldn't tell if he was trying to say the kids at his school picked up on the phrasing and started using it or if the kids were picked on for using said phrasing because they appeared uneducated.

It's funny, because the usage of the word "like" almost never confuses the meaning for a native speaker, which is a hallmark of poor grammatical structure. So his mangling of that part of his sentence is much more grammatically incorrect than the linguistic windmills he's tilting at.

ehhh his response was boring. not sure if i should proceed considering i would be the aggressor at that point. guy's seriously an idiot

I'm patiently waiting on my CS professor to post grades so I can know if I fucked up or not. It won't do a lot to change my schedule if I did but it'll be annoying. Calc and History went well so those are pluses.
