Can't you hold shift and hit your platforms' key(-combo) for the end of the line?
alt+shift+arrow does work for doing it word by work but I like doing things with my mouse. really not a fan of key combinations

I finished my multivariable calculus stuff and then took a 2 hour break to play DS3. One Lord of Cinder came willingly so he gets to live (unless I decide to kill him for whatever reason), so technically 3 Lords of Cinder down, 2 to go, and I left off at one of them. I think I'm almost done with the game.

Yep, first try. His fire sword is extremely unreliable. if you stand directly in front of him, he has a chance to miss entirely.
shield up, don't stop swinging until you need to dodge. When you're out of stamina, back off, but never let up completely. If you're lucky you can get him and his after-image to clump together and hit them both.

Oh...yeah, you're gonna have a bad time. But don't lose hope. If you went heavy you may want to consider a lighter, faster character build. I started with mercenary so my build is average level of protection. I prioritize being able to strike multiple times and then retreat, or if I'm feeling ballsy I'll strafe around the boss instead of retreating and wait for them to do a sweep before putting my shield up. That's what I did for
Yhorm the Giant minus the shield because you ain't blockin' that shit.
Remember, the secret to most fights is never getting hit. Unless it's
Crystal Sage. Then it's kill him before he kills you.
Doing a page an hour on this essay until I'm done. 3 more to go.

Finally joining the DS3 party this afternoon when I get back from work.

The area is basically full of these women with branding irons who can decrease you maximum health to the point where you can die in a single hit, and those skeletons from the Cathedral of the Deep graveyard are wandering around. Also if you're doing Siegward's quest, there' s a sewer system next to the dungeon entrance bonfire (distant mansion). If you find the stairs and go into a kitchen, he'll be in there. But only if you did the stuff in the other two areas and gave him back his armor in that well outside of the cleansing church bonfire.
WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS TO US? Well, at least Feng will soon share our pain.

Yup! It'll be okay. I'm not finding the game as difficult as the other two so far (although I still die plenty on average).
That's cool. As of late I've just been rocking a reinforced dark blade that I'll randomly switch out for any of these greatswords I've gotten over the course of my playthrough. I really like the Farron one with the dagger combo.
