It's so hard reading the pulse of the audience sometimes to figure out the right angle, and sometimes when you get latched onto that pulse, the audience feels like it's having a seizure.

i did not personally agree about the Chyna thing. I can see where he's coming from but there is safe search and even targeted search where if someone searches for wrestling a lot, it'd curate wrestling related Chyna articles near the top.

There's a ton of things Chyna has accomplished that 15-16 years later still have not been matched.

Let's be honest. What Triple H couldn't say is that yeah, he did Chyna wrong, and it'll be weird when he kids find that out.
It needs to be a mix of scripted, bullet points, and complete improvisation.
Having a script isn't always a bad thing but when the people writing the script are daytime soap writers and Vince I don't think its a good thing.
True, you need a script sometimes when you want things to go a certain way...but it's good to be able to work both ways.
I feel like you can tell when a wrestler is more reliant on script and can't improvise.

So I watched some ENDVR on YouTube as well and was pleasantly surprised to see Jimmy Havoc wrestle Jesus and Eddie Davis has grown on me as well.
London Riots do have a badass finisher and they did a great job of playing the big ass kicking hosses in a match with the little flippy guys. Just need to hit a gym I think.

It's hard to say. They're definitely one of the top promotions in the UK at present, but are entirely based in London - Insane Championship Wrestling out of Glasgow & Preston City Wrestling draw bigger crowds in their home cities, plus ICW are starting to tour some of the larger cities in England and PCW recently did some big joint shows with ROH. Rev Pro draw well for their London shows and tour about quite a bit, as do Southside. Then there's a bunch of other promotions like Tidal, Fight Club: Pro and IPW:UK who're doing good business too, we're in something of a boom period for UK based indie wrestling.
I'd say PROGRESS & ICW probably have the most buzz about them and have attracted a fair bit of media attention.

ehhh I loved P4 but even that was a game that I wished would end by the time I got to the ending.
I'm sure atlas doesn't have the budget of say, square, but I hated that there was no real spectacle or anything to see in any of the dungeons outside of cutscenes. Essentially the opposite of the FnP eye candy that P4 arena is. So I'm not jazzed about P5 just yet.

Do you own the DLC? Some of it is REALLY really good. I found NV's writing and characters you interact with as the best part. Really imaginative, clever stuff - and I really REALLY appreciated that all of your skills were viable in some way - you can get some serious advantages by being a super nerd, or a charismatic piece of shit, or even a really agile and perceptive person.
