I love America, pretty much everything about it. The culture, places, food, politics, you name it.
But
My 4 year old son fell over and broke his arm on Saturday. Took him to hospital for pain relief, x-rays, plaster cast etc. all sorted, and the only repercussion really was our weekend was fucked. If we were yanks, that shit could have very possibly bankrupted our family. You need to sort out healthcare before boasting about being the best place on earth. Other than that I would probably completely agree with you

What's your plan?
Um, I haven't been to the states very often - but I never felt like "oh shit, so jealous" or anything. Sure it's a great place to live in for some of you all, but I've grown accustomed to the... amenities provided for me in Canada, the particular culture in Toronto and the overall political climate (although it has taken a turn, it's not soooooo bad here).

Americans are made to feel like assholes by the international community for our interventions and misdeeds. So have Germans, for example. The same isn't true for the English.
