Be the most alpha dude in any room. Went to parties, met friends of friends, met friends girlfriend's friends, went to the (24 hour) stores, went to restaurants (waitresses), party stores, walk around town, women from work, beaches, Myspace. It was amazing during those years, but now I look back in disgust.

You have to get them to delete the app or apps accounts. The new girl I’m seeing told me she deleted the app for me, but I still had mine and could clearly see she hasn’t deleted the account(never did online dating before). Next time we met up she tells me some random guy looked up her name on Facebook and asked her out. That was my in to have her download Bumble, log in, and I deleted her account. No doubt, and that supply / demand dynamic flips as men age. Women just don’t know or care until they realize demand is falling. But as said, by the time it hits them they’re usually far to late.

But I wouldn't shame anyone for it. The vast majority of quality women and men candidates get in permanent relationships in their 20s. Then divorce happens along the way, and suddenly their stock is low where as when men age, their stock goes up.
But a women in their 20s with a kid still has significantly lower stock for permanent relationships.

I'm not surprised that Love Island and other similar shows are used as artificial relationship guidance tools. It is popular across all social classes. The more educated women call it their “guilty pleasure”. Thing is these shows encourage the kind of attitudes and behaviours that often lead to misery and dissatisfaction in the real world.
Yet they remain popular and women will vigorously defend them. This is one of the reasons why I believe when it comes to relationships these days, many women are often the co-authors of their own misery.

In my experience now that i hit 40 this year i am in higher demand then ever before.
I hit the gym 3 times a day for years i am good looking 6foot 1 tall have job money etc.
I can pick from women in their 20's as they want a real man to give it to them ( too many soyboys wimps) and i can pick from 30 to 40 year old women .
Men are more desired the older they get.

I've seen this a lot with career women and to be honest they had personality problems way before they go past their sell by date. They would have been the one throwing shade at other women that were getting male attention and were more attractive. So what do they do to compensate? Throw themselves into their work. While I agree that Feminism is part of the reason. I don’t think it’s fair to lay the full blame on that or on men. Feminism seems to have followed as a natural progression from the end of single breadwinner families.
