How does DLC work with multiple accounts again? If I put in the code for Elphelt on my JPN account (don't think the code would work on my NA one) then switch to my NA account to play normally I should be fine right?

I don't think I've ever heard of DLC being cross-region compatible.

EDIT: Wait I read your post wrong, the DLC should work as long as the DLC region is the same as the game's region. So any user on the console has access to the content.

This. ASW is cool with streaming matches for the most part as well as people grinding it out in the lab, but ABSOLUTELY FORBIDS streaming/capturing footage/youtube posting of the story modes from any of their games, and will act accordingly if people insist on doing it.
