Shit that was said over a decade ago now comes back to haunt us.
We change as we mature. Back then we were stupid kids. You have to be really stupid to think that this is how Adam thinks now. We all have said really idiotic things when we were younger, should it haunt us forever?
This is why you don't see old IPW videos anymore.

kuroppi.comNot every game but whatever I can get for top 8s
Cars can't do taxes. Also, I don't know why people are surprised by this kind of shit when it's SRK/fgc off topic fuckery. It's okay when dr sub zero does it, but man when keits does it, burn him to the ground right? Oh man, he's got a job, lets ruin that shit for him because I hate success. Typical fgc.
Yes he did. We all did. Hell we said way worse.
Then what happened? We grew the fuck up.
This is what gets me about the Kappa era. We were just like them years ago. But now we're older and realized our mistakes. But now we're somehow "killing hype" because we realized the shit we said was hurtful and stupid as fuck back then and we're trying to curb it now. We realized that being more inclusive, more positive brought more people to enjoy the things we enjoy. But hey let's actively support shitheadery while condemning the old versions of us because of our old mistakes.
This is what our parents said when we were kids about being in their position one day. This is what happens. Learn from our mistakes and grow.
Wish this generation of spectators played instead of crave drama.
Rain is the yamcha of Mortal Kombat
Trying to grow the community at all costs by emphasizing the things around the game rather than by educating people to develop an appreciation for the games themselves has led to this, among other things.
I don't think people realize that pretty much everyone involved was less mature back then, and just how raw things were back then. If the FGC of 10 years ago saw what was happening now, they would be calling this community a bunch of ***** ***** *** **** *-****** sellouts. I know if people could dig up some old posts from me on SRK or other sites or some old videos and find me saying some truly awful stuff... but people change.
I guess I'm thankful stuff like Youtube and Twitter didn't exist when I was in high school and (most of) college.
Oh man db
I'm basically fighting a krillin fan boy team in the dbz thread breh. Team Tien forever.
whatever man in this era where everything is recorded you still have to be accountable for the things you said even if it was years ago. having your buddies go around and say "forget about it" or "this is really a problem with you guys" doesnt cut it imo. aris had to own up to the shit he said and so should keits. i dont think its gonna be fatal or anything, aris is a fucking treasure.
i wonder if chindogg would treat this situation in a different way if the person involved was someone he wasnt a fan of.

I just noticed you finally fixed your horrible nameThis.
Keits today is pretty much the opposite of that clip. It's wanting to reprimand someone for something he's already straighten out himself. You're too fucking late.

Okay but watch out for the option select in ten years when people dig up your old handle and use it to insinuate you're a neo-Nazi

People said it was a bad look, so I'm slowly moving away from it. Changed it on DL too and entered Evo as "M'Ellis". I'll change it on twitter once I think of something better and it becomes less jarring.

Why isn't it fair to ask?
Like, those Oklahoma kids...7 years from now it's going to be fair to ask "Hey, are you still a ridiculous fucking racist?" Right? Or are you saying that if one of them goes to make a fighting game and seems nice that question is off limits?
I'm saying this because I saw it first on r/kappa posted anonymously and the discussion around it wasn't so much outrage at the content but rather eager anticipation of how much trouble this could potentially cause.
this is true but not really relevant to the situation at hand imo.
Yeah. This isn't just old stuff. For some people in the FGC, it's prehistoric. This clip predates most of the people commenting on it!
I think I was on this episode of the show. I thought nothing of it then. It's a terrible joke, and I'd be irritated by it now, but these shows were made in the era where we all kind of wholesale bought into the FGC, with its shitty parts along with the good. Pretty confident in saying this isn't the Adam of today.

Man what the fuck is up with jaguar kick. I thought they made it -3, so why can't I dp it a lot of the time? I guess it's only -3 if it's blocked super high or something?
Also, giving someone shit for dumb stuff he said like 80 years ago is mega dumb. That should be all that really needs to be said about it.
Should play it cause it's good too, pretty simple but good. If it had better netcode I'd be playing it a lot.
P4U2 2.0 tier lists from Arcadia were posted.
(from Jourdal's twitter). (individual placements within tiers have no order)
YMST is basically wrote an entire book on P4U over the course of what he wrote, and was the #1 Mits and Akihiko and in the top 10 Narukamis when 1.1 ended. Taihichi was #1 Yukari and currently #1 Margaret and is thought pretty highly of.

This.
I was thinking about posting this. But I refrained since I feel like a lot of people that barely play here it are going to take it the wrong way lol
