Was surprised to finish all the currently available story dungeons.

Are there any characters I've missed from past events? or are Tidus, Fighter, Tifa and Sephiroth the only ones available so far?

Wish I could score a Masamune, but my Sephiroth is doing pretty well with an upgraded Kazekiri so I'm good.

Can't really compare them at all, but then the drop rate is pretty low for a free player to get it (just like every other gatcha game sadly).

I can't imagine how many days I will need without the flee trick, considered I get my first one after 30 attempts.

I managed to get the other black cowls. 50k to upgrade to 5*? Jeez. Now I'm getting orbs for a second Double Cut to put on Sephiroth.

Yeah, I'll just focus on what can be achieved in the game normally since that seems to be enough to keep playing the content. I was surprised I could beat the event with pretty much the whole party under level 25 (using some of the suggested equipment and abilities).

Can't say I'm the target of gatcha games since I could never bring myself to pay for the chance of something in a game, as opposed to paying for a specific character, etc.

I wonder how does the gatcha works in JP - considered they banned pure chance rolling like this,

Got a four star White Robe from FFIV from my relic draw. Nice. (And, man, relic draws are rare for me now.)

Also, I managed to clear the hard EXP dungeon. I'm only getting Expert ranks though.

They haven't banned random chance, they just can't require players to complete a full collection of gacha prizes in order to get some kind of larger prize.

Blorp. I got Sephiroth, but not the Protect Ring.

I might give it another shot or two later on, though I'll probably need to train another character to some degree and swap out my Black Mage.

One of the conversations on the reddit page has a guy saying that he got a 5-star on a 11 relic pull and others are calling bs on him...

I have 2 (the dagger and genji shield) and i got that just doing solo mythril pulls... am i really THAT lucky??

I'm past 50 pulls with mythril and iap and only have gotten 1, so yeah. Or I'm juts not lucky lol

My first pull ever was a 5 star (Regal Gown), for a while I just thought the drop rate of 5 stars was good lol

I've used all of my Mithril since starting, not a single 5*.

I did just manage a 4*...ANOTHER armor piece. A weapon would be nice, I haven't gotten one with my Mithril yet.

Why didnt i think to try this earlier in the day... i cant stay up another hour or two to do more...

I tried doing the "Airplane Mode" trick, but I couldn't Flee without de-activating Airplane Mode, and thus, accepting the drop [or, in this case, non-drop]. Actually, the entire thing froze on me after I de-activated Airplane Mode, resulting in my needing to close the app and start at the main menu.

Here's what I did:

- Proceeded as normal until the boss floor
- Paused the game
- Activated Airplane Mode
- Killed Boss
- Just as the victory theme starts I get an error saying that I can't connect. No matter what I do I can't flee [the connection prompt re-appears as soon as I close it] and, after de-activating Airplane Mode, the game is frozen on the victory screen.

What am I doing wrong? :/

I think you kill the app, disable airplane mode, start the app again (puts you back at beginning of the round), then flee. (Disclaimer: Haven't tried yet)

Proceed to beat the boss.
See if you drop coin/orb/chest/nothing
Connection Error.
Kill App.
Disable Airplane.
Activate App.
Click OK.
Throws you into round 3, the boss round.
Flee if you don't like what it dropped//Kill Boss if you like what it dropped.

Worst enemy of hard xp dungeon is wyrm.

You should use Rydia instead of black mage, unless you just want a full magic party out something.

So is there any use for the base class characters once you have a similar real ff character? I was leveling warrior and he just seems like a worse version of cloud with a worse soul break

Do/Will I get anything for Mastering all the Floors in the ShinRa event? Miss 2 and don't really feel like redoing it if I'm not missing anything other than individual Mastery Rewards

So is it better to have one uber powerful character or to spread the love? I could have a cloud with resonance and a 3 star weapon or I can give that 3 star weapon to another fighter and give cloud a weaker weapon

Pretty productive weekend! But I missed a mastery reward on a previous floor. Gonna grab it and then hit the EXP dungeon hard before it disappears. It's up for another 4 and a half hours I think?

I was having the exact same problem as Chrono and this worked for me, thanks!

Can double-confirm, it works!

Now, if Antlion would just drop a damned Protect Vest, I want to buff myself up a bit for the Shinra event. I can't count how many times I've reset this. :/

Argh, just got to the machine gunner in shinra tower. Gotta swap out Kain and Tifa for others with ranged. Keeper's using a 3* bow and Rydia's just got Thunder/Thundara.

You can assign the Jump ability for Kain and it will reach him. Even better if you can hone it for 4 uses.

Is Regen a worthwhile spell? It's never been of much use in regular FF games, but it might find more use here. Anyone have any luck with it?

So with the 2nd exp daily almost over how are everyone's party levels?
My main party atm is:
Cloud lv 44
Kain lv 43
Tidus lv 39
Tyro lv 37
Rydia lv 40

Building up Sephiroth lv 31 and done some work on Tifa, Wakka and Bm who are at 25.
