That would have required them to be actual characters.
Yup, which also disappointed me.

How long in total did it take you?
5 minutes or so and 5 stars....but I failed to capture any of them..

WTF.
Oh wow. :lol5 minutes or so and 5 stars....but I failed to capture any of them..
Well easy enough that you can beat them if your only midway through the game?
His avatar is of the Noel AssCreed outfit... of course he's serious :|
They should've done something like this long time ago. I was honestly disappointed when I never had the opportunity to fight an opposing side where they used Paradigm Shifts. XIII could've used Yaag, Jill, and some random person for an awesome Paradigm Shifting Boss Fight. Meh, w/e.
Jesus Christ. Is the game more supposed to be easy or is it just easy to get obscenely overleveled?
Just completed Augusta Tower 200 AF and just steamrolledand every other enemy in under a minute. But between that and Academia, these areas have been major fucking drags. You don't even get an option to run away from most fights as they are either on platforms that you cannot even get to before time runs out or they spawn right in front of your face on narrow platforms.Proto Fal'Cie
Do the rare monsters spawn anywhere in a zone? I'm wondering if I have to be in a certain spot in order to get them in the random battle rotation.
I think that's just a plus. Most people that buy it just want to fight her probably.
I didn't know about the role bonuses, oh la la.
I still don't see the point in poison, though. If it's going to take x amount of turns to succeed and he's going to heal it off at least every minute anyway, wouldn't one just be better using an attacking role instead of a synergist?
I switched in a COM and it didn't really make a difference. His HP is just so absurdly high that poison will always outdamage what Cerberus can bring to the table (especially since you're given basically no time to stagger him).

Specific ones spawn in certain areas only.
Honestly, I don't get why you guys are giving the Lightning DLC a bad rap. Ok cool, its nice to act like a high class gamer who refuses to give into the man, but come on guys its 4fucking dollars. Most of us spend more than twice that amount a day on food. The attacks on StunandStab are completely unwarranted, this is Neogaf not gamefaqs.
It's the principle of the matter!!!
So? I want to use my favorite FFXIII character. So what if its overpriced, its not like 4 dollars will set you back greatly. The annoying part is that i'm pretty sure a bunch guys will buckle and buy the DLC anyway.
Why.
Just.
Why.
And 500,000 people will buy it.
I'm going to punch a pillow for about an hour now.
I don't see the problem with this... the final boss of the game took less than 5 minutes. It would be a problem if it lasted 40 seconds, but 5 minutes sounds like a pretty good fight
Just 5*'ed a green chocobo but no crystal. Sniff sniff.
I'm on my 4th one and still no drop. It takes so long for it to spawn, too.
Try running back and forth just a little ways down the path from Chocolina at the Paddra ruins.
Ah, I wasn't sure if they spawned there. So if it's not it I could just run back to ''town' to force the monsters to disappear?
The way they're handling the DLC doesn't deserve to be supported, imo. It'll only reenforce a decision for them to do it in the future, as if what other publishers are doing isn't bad enough.
