The difference between it and regular gear, is you don't have acc on pvp gear. Which means you don't have nearly as many wasted stats that don't affect your killing speed at all, SS actually has a use in pvp also since you never have to worry about tp.

Yeah, I kind of like it too. I mean, I joke about it a lot in-game [BUTT WINGS!!!], but I do get complimented quite a bit about them [when I'm in dungeons and such]. So we can't be the only ones that like it.

What rank are you now? This patch made changes to Morale gear, so it's like PvP Det, and they raised the rank cap to 45 and added 45 gear and weapons. Whenever you jump back in you're gonna melt faster than a nude BLM even with ilevel scaling

It does suck, but Emnity of my Enemy is one of the worst (saw your reddit post). I'm on my 5th book and only two others have been that long. It doesn't help that one of the other bad ones is Giant Seps, which is on the same book. I still don't mind it as much as original atmas.

I got Giant Seps pretty handy. Only had to wait there for like 20 minutes before it popped.

Enmity was awful for me because of the silver. I got it an hour later thanks to Scy and Korra helping me out, but that first time was torture. 2 hours waiting and a group of BLMs blow that shit up so I only got silver.

I just think anything that has a part of it where you basically have to afk camp a fate spawn is bad. I want to be playing the game, not sitting somewhere looking for a fate.

At least the hard part of this book is over now.

they adjusted attack/defence and such in the last patch. Like jobs do 10-20% more physical/magic damage and classes have -20% physical or magic defence

this too, but I have missed in wolves den before which means there is some minimum acc requirement. They probably changed that with the later patches

We had some pretty great luck in the first week/two of Final Coil, but nothing lately. We have seen the Dreadwyrm Robe drop a couple of times, but it's already going to alts. I'd really like for the Gloves, Head, or Pants to drop [and obviously the weapon]. So many of the Dreadwyrm items are our best in-slot, the only ones that aren't are the Feet and the Earrings.

However, as you well know, it's nice to have all of the items just so you can move things around if you need to increase/decrease certain stats.

Regardless, I feel pretty great about the upcoming week. Tuesday, it will be a bounty of spoils for us all.

It is an issue though and this isn't the first time this has happened. People need to stop shaming others for how they want to experience the game. Who cares how obvious it may or may not be who the final boss is. If someone doesn't want that ruined (such as yourself), then they have every right not to be spoiled.

People here need to stop justifying this stuff, too, by making fun of people and then being like "Well it's okay they should have known to begin with." or whatever cause guess what? It's not okay. People need to learn to have a little more respect for other people. I mean, I get maybe saying it without thinking about it, but the appropriate response is to say sorry and move on, not make fun of the person and try to make them feel bad.

That being said, you really should delete that spoiler- just because people were jerks about it and ruined it for you doesn't mean you need to do the same for others.

edit- I will say, I don't feel like there was any intention of harm or anything in what was initially said- my main issue is the people coming after who feel like they have to make fun of someone being displeased about what was said. And a lot of my annoyance is a combo of some of the stuff I've seen people say now and a lot of what happened the last time as well.
