Oh i see... i guess that's it .. i actually thought that was it but i expected another layer of cleverness that apparently isn't there.

New dungeons seem like they might be a tad tedious with pugs but pretty straightforward with people you trust.

Next on my agenda is Shiva hard mode so I may have to ask the FC for help with that. Then finish up the story and finally beg for help with the Mog and Leviathan EX fights so I can then do Ramuh EX and finally Shiva EX. Lot of catching up to do...

So glad they're going back to the Garlean Empire. I was wondering when/if they would introduce the Emperor.

Make it too much of a gear check and no one except the high end guilds will be able to clear it in any reasonable amount of time. If the only kill on t12 so far has people in said group saying "we had 1sec left on enrage" then I'd say it's about on par(maybe a little harder) with t8 as far as how much of a gear check it is.

Well they monitor the amount of player population clearing content constantly and were I a gambling kitty, I would guess that maybe they told GoD to tone the difficulty back a bit. And, well, it's notoriously hard to balance difficulty in this sort of thing. Oh well.
I bet T13 is still going to be a brick wall.

Anyone have a good T9 guide that is written?
Should have just prayed for the return of Tanaka. Then the final boss of Coil would have just been Super Absolute Virtue.

Thanks. It doesn't seem so bad except for the stupid divebomb phase, I will watch a video to get a better idea of them. If only T9 learning groups were productive and happened in the afternoon, so sick of being stuck in golem phase for too many weeks to count...=(

Making a new character for NIN was quite simply a MISTAKE.
The queue times are very unbalanced.
The longest queue time I've had as Paladin and Marauder was something like 5-15 minutes.
Most of the time I find a group about 5 seconds after I enter the queue.

Run Coil to get gear that may or may not be itemized better(if you're a summoner then lol). No single set is meant to be perfectly itemized and if one was then what would be the point in having 2 sets that are the same ilvl?
There are other options when it comes to gearing, it's just most look at the raid option as being nonexistent because they don't have the time or just don't want to bother trying.
What's the other set?

Upgraded poetics gear? There's 2 ilvl 130 sets between Allagan and Poetics. There will be new CT gear also in 3 months for the 2nd ilvl 120 set also. Unupgraded Poetics gear isn't meant to be the end all be all when it comes to gearing up, that's why there's Allagan and items to upgrade tome gear.
You're not going to get perfect itemization just through tome gear, there's no reason for it either since outside of raiding you don't need even remotely decent itemization to clear the content at a decent pace. For raiders you are meant to split the pieces you get between the 2 though, because you will likely not hit your acc cap with just one set and you will be gimped when it comes to what you can do due to poor itemization.
